Fat Freddy’s Bistro, which
is one of Galway cities longest established restaurants, Fat
Freddy’s has become synonymous with Quay Street in Galway
city centre, having regulars who are still with us
after 20 years and tourists who come back every year for
the excellent atmosphere, service and, of course,
food.
Originally Fat Freddy’s was
a pizzeria, but over the years, we extended our
menu and developed into a bistro. We now also offer
a range of fantastic Italian Mexican &
